Component Video Output

Component video output is a feature that realizes this goal by separately outputting three types of video signal recorded in the DVD format -
brightness (Y) and color difference (PB and PR) - thereby allowing the signal to be transmitted without cross-interference. When used with a
high-performance monitor, this results in sharp pictures free from edge and corner distortion.
